Bill MitchI just found out that my old friend Bill Mitch, who was one of the senior partners in the first lawfirm I worked for, died over the weekend at the age of 89. He was one of the first generation of real union lawyers in the South. He had great stories and real wisdom, and was a hell of a lot of fun to talk with. He taught me a lot, and he had a soft heart under a crusty facade.
Too many people dying lately.
